What should I do if my jewellery is damaged?

We advise you to first contact the point of sale where the purchase was made. We have a very good relationship with all our official reseller partners.

We offer a free repair service for one year from the date of purchase upon presentation of the proof of purchase. This service is offered free of charge on condition that the deterioration of the jewellery is linked to natural wear and tear and/or a manufacturing defect.
After this guarantee period, our after-sales service may offer you a paid repair if this is possible. This will be subject to an estimate, which will be submitted to you for acceptance prior to any repair.

How are the creations made?

Not all Tityaravy jewellery is assembled using the same methods, but each piece of jewellery is made from noble materials such as 925 silver and plated with 18-carat or 24-carat gold.
Precious and semi-precious stones are carefully selected for their intensity, quality and proportion.

The jewels on wire are delicately embroidered by hand. Those on a silver cable, mounted and secured according to the weight and size of the stones.

Each piece is unique.

What does gold plating mean?

Gold plating implies that the elements used for the creation (primers, clasps...) are dipped 3 times in a bath of 18 carat or 24 carat gold. Each piece is thus covered with several layers of gold. The designation "18 carat" or "24 carat" guarantees incomparable purity.

Where is the jewellery made?

Tityaravy jewellery is mainly made in Paris by Titya and her fitters.

Only the rings, the beads and the jewellery set or enamelled like the SAÏ earrings are not designed in France but come from an Indian craftsman with whom we work in close collaboration. This craftsman is based in Jaipur.

Are all the jewels Tityaravy creations?

If almost all the jewels on the online shop are Tityaravy creations, 3 pieces are revisited vintages. The Thaali pendant on a necklace or bracelet in tribute to her late mother-in-law. The Salee necklace, a typically Cambodian chain named after her grandmother, and the Serpent ring, whose animal perfectly symbolises perpetual regeneration, the anchor of the collection in her spiritual universe.

These pieces come from the personal history of the designer and contributed to the setting up of the project that took shape between 2014 and 2016. A project that aims to tell her story through the brand TITYARAVY. A brand that wants to be a cultural bridge between her and her two children Sasha & Willow in order to leave a palpable trace of what their grandparents lived and passed on through their different knowledge, know-how and life skills.

She thus draws from her roots to create a heritage collection mixing inspirations from her Cambodian origins and those of the Indo-Mauritian person who has been sharing my life for the past 10 years.

COUNTRIES, MODES, DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS

Deliveries

Postage is free for all orders of €100 or more for delivery in mainland France and €200 for international delivery*. Orders will be shipped from our design studio located in the heart of Paris.

Each order will generally be processed and shipped within 48 hours, except for exceptional indications on our part such as the manufacturing of the piece in real time. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the processing of the order as well as its shipment.

If you order several items, the order will be shipped in a minimum of packages.

In the specific case of pre-ordered products, the average shipping time will be specified on the item page as an indication, in your shopping cart and the general terms of sale.

*We deliver in France (including Corsica), Switzerland or in one of the countries of the European Union.


On Paris Intra Muros and according to the availability of the products, you can benefit from the delivery by courier. Delivery will be made within a maximum of 4 hours after validation by customer service. You will also have the possibility of having your order delivered by Colissimo.

Metropolitan France: Colissimo

Delivery in Metropolitan France (including Corsica) is provided by the Colissimo service of La Poste. A service that will deliver your orders to your home or workplace, and for more convenience, will drop them off at the nearest post office if you are away.

European Union and Switzerland: Local partner

Delivery in other European zones is ensured by one of our shipping partners depending on the zone: DHL, FEDEX, UPS. Delivery will be made within 1 to 3 days, depending on the country.

To receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend that you have your order delivered to an address where you are present during daylight hours (your workplace, for example), or that you make sure that someone can receive the package for you.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised according to the terms and conditions indicated above, TITYARAVY will take the necessary steps to reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products within fourteen (14) days after receipt and verification of the state of the products.

In case there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the one who made the payment of the sums due for the purchase, the reimbursement of the sum, in case of exercise of the right of renunciation, will be made by TITYARAVY, in any case, to the one who made the payment.

The reimbursement will be made on the same medium as the one used for the purchase of the products, i.e. the customer's bank card. The refund will be made in EUROS. If the Customer's initial account is in a currency other than EURO, the amount of the refund will be converted into the currency of the

account with a conversion rate applied which will be the effective rate at the time of the refund and not at the time of purchase.

The exchange costs incurred by the Customer at the time of his initial purchase will remain at his expense and will not be subject to any refund by the Operator
