What should I do if my jewelry is damaged?

We recommend that you first contact the point of sale where the purchase was made. We have excellent relationships with all of our official reseller partners.

We offer a free repair service for one year from the date of purchase upon presentation of proof of purchase. This service is offered free of charge provided that the deterioration of the jewelry is related to natural wear and tear and/or a manufacturing defect.
After this warranty period, our after-sales service may offer you a paid repair if possible. A quote will be provided, which will be submitted to you for acceptance before any repairs are carried out.

How are the creations made?

Not all Tityaravy jewelry is assembled using the same methods, but each piece is made from noble materials such as 925 silver and plated with 18-carat or 24-carat gold.
Precious and semi-precious stones are carefully selected for their intensities, qualities and proportions.

Jewelry on wire is delicately hand-embroidered. Jewelry on a silver cable is mounted and secured according to the weight and size of the stones.

Each piece is unique.

What does gold plated mean?

The term gold-plated implies that the elements used in the creation (finishings, clasps, etc.) are dipped three times in a bath of 18-carat or 24-carat gold. Each piece is thus covered with several layers of gold. The designation "18 carat" or "24 carat" guarantees incomparable purity.

Where are the jewelry made?

The manufacturing of Tityaravy jewelry is mainly carried out in Paris by Titya and her assemblers.

Only the rings, bangles, and set or enameled jewelry, such as the SAÏ earrings, are not designed in France but come from an Indian artisan with whom we work closely. This artisan is based in Jaipur.

Are all the jewels Tityaravy creations?

While almost all of the jewelry in the online store is Tityaravy's own creation, three pieces are revisited vintage pieces. The Thaali pendant on a necklace or bracelet is a tribute to her late mother-in-law. The Salee necklace, a typically Cambodian chain bearing her grandmother's name, and the Serpent ring, whose animal perfectly symbolizes perpetual regeneration, anchoring the collection in her spiritual universe.

These pieces come from the designer's personal history and contributed to the implementation of the project that took shape between 2014 and 2016. A project that aims to tell her story through the TITYARAVY brand. A brand that aims to be a cultural bridge between her and her two children Sasha & Willow in order to leave a palpable trace of what their grandparents experienced and transmitted through their different knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills.

She draws on her roots to create a heritage collection combining inspirations from her Cambodian origins and those of the Indo-Mauritian person who has shared my life for 10 years.

COUNTRIES, METHODS, DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Deliveries

Shipping is free for all orders over €100 for delivery within mainland France and €200 for international orders*. Orders will be shipped from our design studio located in the heart of Paris.

Each order will generally be processed and shipped within 48 hours, unless we specify otherwise, such as the part being manufactured in real time. An email will be sent to you to confirm the order has been processed and shipped.

If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped in a minimum number of packages.

In the specific case of pre-ordered products, the average shipping time will be specified on the item page for information purposes, in your shopping cart and in the general conditions of sale.

*We deliver to mainland France (including Corsica), Switzerland or any other country in the European Union.


Within Paris and depending on product availability, you can benefit from courier delivery. Delivery will take place within a maximum of 4 hours after validation by customer service. You will also have the option of having your order delivered by Colissimo.

Metropolitan France: Colissimo

Delivery to mainland France (including Corsica) is handled by La Poste's Colissimo service. This service will deliver your orders to your home or workplace, and for added convenience, will drop them off at the nearest post office if you're away.

European Union and Switzerland: Local partner

Delivery to other European areas is handled by one of our shipping partners, depending on the area: DHL, FEDEX, UPS. Delivery will take 1 to 3 days, depending on the country.

To receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend that you have your orders delivered to an address where you are present during the day (your workplace, for example), or that you make sure that someone can receive the package for you.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated above, TITYARAVY will take the necessary steps to reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products within fourteen (14) days after receipt and verification of the condition of the products.

In the event that there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the amounts due for the purchase, the reimbursement of the amount, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be made by TITYARAVY, in all cases, to the person who made the payment.

The refund will be made to the same medium used when purchasing the products, i.e. the customer's bank card. The refund will be made in EUROS. If the Customer's initial account is in a currency other than EURO, the refund amount will be converted into the account currency.

Customer with a conversion rate applied which will be the effective rate at the time of reimbursement and not at the time of purchase.

The exchange fees incurred by the Customer during their initial purchase will remain their responsibility and cannot be reimbursed by the Operator.
